SHIPPING POLICY
We accept online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on recoiladdiction.com will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to ship internationally at this time and apologize for any inconvenience.
SHIPPING COST
All shipping cost will be calculated before checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to list product descriptions as detailed as possible but if you find the product to not be what you expected, we will make it right.
Returns on items eligible for return or exchange are accepted within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Returned items may either be brought back to the store or by mail. Please email us at zjones@recoiladdiction.com to initiate the return process. A 3% fee will be issued to all credit card refunds due to the initial credit card processing fee. Shipping and handling charges may apply where applicable.
